Rack Backs and Pallet Rack Safety Netting

Form a sturdy wall of protection between your employees and your inventory with wire mesh rack guards. Rigid and resilient, our rack guards bolt directly to pallet uprights, effectively placing a barrier between stored materials and the picking aisles below. Your workers will remain safe from falling debris should a forklift bump the racking or if a pallet breaks.

Boasting an exceptional all-welded angle-frame, our rack guards are engineered tough for dependable, long-lasting protection. Rugged 2” x 2” x 10GA welded wire mesh panels are wear-resistant to meet the rigorous demands of industrial use. The wire mesh construction also means your inventory is visible at all times, allowing for fast visual assessment and proper ventilation. Simple nut-and-bolt assembly makes installation quick and easy to minimize costs and maximize savings. All Cogan wire mesh rack guards are sealed in a durable powder-coated paint for a maintenance-free finish.

Rack guards can be ordered with flush or offset mounting brackets to accommodate pallet overhang. If rack guards must extend above the top of the racking, we also offer a special angle bracket to support the exceeding panels. This means our rack guards will always fit the full-height of your rack frame to prevent product and pallet spills. Costly replacement expenses will be limited, while employees working near the racking or walking through pallet aisle ways will remain protected. Two types of mounting brackets are available to accommodate both roll-formed and structural rack uprights.
