Conveyor Service Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Repair and adjust conveyor systems using hand tools and power tools
• Install belts in machinery, tighten bolts, adjust tension rolls, straighten parts, align rollers and replace defective parts
• Perform preventive maintenance and provide customer support
• Possess the ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot an assortment of equipment
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
• Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers and management, when necessary
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Basic electrical troubleshooting
• Be a Safety Champion – Will lead create and maintain a safe workspace

Installer

Job Description:

• Assemble, erect, set-in place and/or fabricate engineered products on customer sites
• Install belts in machinery, tighten bolts, adjust tension rolls, straighten parts, and align rollers
• Unloads materials that are delivered such as metal racking, and distributes then to appropriate location as identified by supervisor, project plans or specifications
• Prepares layout area where construction will take place by properly measuring, marking, or recording openings or distances
• Prepares tools and materials for skilled workers for installation
• Cleans and prepares specific areas of jobsite as assigned. This may include erecting scaffolding; cleaning up rubble, debris, and trash; or removing hazardous materials
• Operates a wide variety of hand and power tools
• Directs traffic near, in and around work zones
• Motions equipment operator to assist with alignment, movement or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials.
• Cleans jobsite at the end of the day, ensuring trash is properly disposed of and materials or equipment are properly stored
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Be a Safety Champion – Will lead create and maintain a safe workspace

Inside Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming sales inquiry telephone calls.
  • Cold call to prospective leads to set appointments for field sales team
  • Pre-qualify customer inquiry and disseminate call information to appropriate salesperson or department
  • Create quotes and follow sales cycle requirements for small opportunities
  • Manage spare parts program and upsell to current customer base.
  • Log, track and communicate sales call information for inbound leads.
  • Participate in training activities locally, in the field, & occasionally at headquarters.
  • Develop and manage pipeline reports for sales reps and management.
  • Manage commission program reporting and communicate progress to goal using CRM reporting.
  • Manage CRM quoting tool (change, add, archive, and modify).
  • Work within various departments as needed.

Outside Sales Representative

This business-to-business sales position is responsible for the sale of contract maintenance programs and material handling equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pursue new business and develop key existing accounts.

  • Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships via cold calls, presentations, and following up on leads for new business.

  • Develop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts.

  • Develop and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.

  • Prepare quotations, cost reports, performance reports and customer correspondence.

  • Develop a sales plan to maximize time with customers to seek new business and enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction with service and parts support and by responding to customer concerns or requests.

  • Utilize online resources to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, and sales activity information.

  • Discuss sales activities with management.
